The EU system of specialized judicial protection – A.a. 2021/2022 (advanced course in EU Law; optional, 6 CFU, second semester)

The course will be hosted by the Department of Law. However, it will be open also to students coming from other Faculties connected with the policy field in which EU agencies’ Boards of Appeal operate.

This will enhance the students’ future professional lives, since a specific knowledge on the protection of rights is particularly needed on the job market. Active teaching methods will enable students to understand the dynamics that characterize EU litigation and to prepare themselves for concrete job opportunities.
